Returns + Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or ALL WEAR store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted: https://returns.richcommerce.co/return/new?c=allwearjewelleryAll returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. There are NO returns or exchanges on solid gold products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our solid gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to ALL WEAR.

If possible, try to obtain the order number and shipping zip code from the person you received the gift from and go through our Returns Portal.

Orders + Shipping

We will notify you by the contact method on file with all relevant shipping updates and tracking information once your order has been processed. This typically takes within 12 -24 hours, not including weekends or holidays.

At ALL WEAR we offer FREE Express Shipping for all domestic and international orders, and FREE Express Shipping for all orders over £100.

Yes, we ship worldwide and use a variety of carriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible.

Product + fit

Yes! All products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty Policy. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.

The gram weight of our products can vary slightly based on manufacturer methods, which is why we estimate our products' gram weights within a 5 gram +/- range.

Not to be confused with regular gold plating, our gold pieces are bonded and dipped in a thick layer of 18k (5mills) gold on eco-friendly materials incuding stainless steel which is highly resisted to rust, corrosion and tarnishing.

Our 18k gold bonded pieces give you the real look & feel of gold jewellery at a fraction of the price.

Our pieces are made to last and withstand the test against tarnishing. To maintain your pieces - keep your piece in a ziploc bag or a ALL WEAR pouch to keep oxygen at bay. Pat dry with a cloth towel after getting wet. Always remove your jewellery wen applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products. Chorine expecially at hot temperatures, can permananently damage of discolour your gold jewellery. Gently clean your pieces with a soft polishing cloth.

We only work with the highest quality and most durable materials. You may get your jewellery wet. Like all quality metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability you will want to keep away from harsh chemicals. We recommend you dry your products as soon as possible by using a cloth towel after getting wet.

As they are not solid gold, we cannot stamp them for this.

Our gold items are made from stainless steel or brass and bonded with real 18k gold.

They are treated with a tarnish resistant film to help protect the 5x layer of gold. However, if we were to use solid gold they would be significantly more and sit you at over £1000.


The silver items are premium stainless steel & rhodium, and again are treated specifically to help them keep their colour.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via live chat or at hello@allwearjewellery.com. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

It really comes down to wear and tear. Even with the most expensive brands or highest quality you can expect that gold-bonded pieces won't show any wear and tear.

Normally our gold-bonded jewellery should last at least 2-5 years, depending on the way you wear it. We always email our customers how to keep your pieces lasting.

Because our jewellery is made of the highest quality materials, our jewellery will not irritate skin or turn your skin green.

PAYMENTS

We offer discounts on rare occasions. Make sure to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about all discounts or promotions. Only one promo/discount code can be applied to each order, no exceptions. During a sitewide sale, all promo/discount codes are invalid until the sale ends. Promo and discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

The refund will typically be applied to the original method of payment within 2-7 business days of receiving the return.

First, add items to your cart. During checkout, you will be given the option to pay with Clearpay by clicking "Clearpay" under Express Checkout or selecting Clearpay during the payment section of the checkout process. The 3 remaining payments are due 2, 4, and 6 weeks after your order is placed. These payments can be made manually or set up as automatic payments. You can also pay off the installments early or all at once.

If you fail to make a payment, there are no additional fees or charges, but future applications to use Clearpay installments might be affected. Your credit will not be affected by missing payments.

Yes! Returns and exchanges are still applicable to our policy. If you return your item, the refunded amount will return to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
