Our Gold Bonded chains are made to last from coating the heavy steel base 5 x in real gold. This process is done by our leading designers here in the united kingdom. Most competitors offer cheap plated (no weight) chains with brass base and a thin layer of gold on top.

All Wear Jewellery periodically offers deals and discounts on our site. We fully reserve the right to discount products at our discretion. Please note, if an offer is made live after you have placed your order, this does not entitle you to a partial refund.

 Returning items on offer:

 If your item was purchased under a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer and you would like to return it, we can only process the request if both items are returned. We will not accept any returns if the free item is kept. 

Please note, in order to be eligible for Buy 1 Get 1 offer you'll need to add more than 1 item to your bag, the cheapest item will be marked free at checkout. If you purchased an item at a discounted price and return the item when the offer is no longer live, you will only be refunded the amount you paid for the item.

What information do I need to provide you?


Be sure to include as much information as possible eg/ order number (#12345), pictures, etc. This will allow us to answer any questions you have as quickly as possible.

We're unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit the 'Order now' button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to replace or refund this order.

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in it's place
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

When will I get my tracking code?

For regular pieces, within 24 hours of ordering. For custom pieces, within 5-7 working days.

I didn't receive my package but tracking says it was delivered?

All Wear Jewellery is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it's been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbours or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

All UK and Worldwide orders (excluding USA) will be shipped from our UK fulfilment centre, in the North of England. Orders placed before 4pm (UK time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the following day.

All custom products take 4-6 weeks to arrive, as they are made to order. So please select the cheapest shipping option at checkout.

Use the tracking link which was sent to the email address you ordered with.

This may happen for 2 reasons.


1) The courier used is having unexpected delays.

2) The item has been lost during transportation (if this happens after 10 days we will re send another item out free of charge)

We try our best to keep these occasions to a minimum. However, they can happen. And if this has happened to your order, don't worry! You will be updated and refunded for shipping cost.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.


This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.


Also, please check with your mailman, neighbours, or building manager/mailroom. In these cases, you can request proof of delivery certificate from the shipping courier by filling in a signature request form. We'll also be contacting the courier to find out what happened.

When ordering outside of the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

We allow up to 30 days from date of ordering to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this) or we sent a wrong item. 

As soon as a return is received at our warehouse you will get an email and we will automatically process the exchange or refund. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. A returns slip complete with address information will be created automatically within the returns system, which can be printed direct or emailed to you.

All Wear Jewellery pieces come with a Lifetime Warranty. This entitles you to a one-time replacement of your piece should you experience any manufacturing defects. 

This includes defective bail, defective clasp or diamond stone faults. Please note, this guarantee is voided under unintentional abuse (water/chemical damage, scratches/scuffs, accidental breakage) or lost/stolen items. 


Any repairs or alterations performed by any party other than ALL WEAR will void the warranty. If the particular piece you wish to exchange is discontinued, then we will allow an exchange for something of equal or lesser value.

Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.


If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

We use the highest quality PVD vacuum coating process available. This process allows our real 18k-24k gold coated jewellery to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

Your jewellery should be kept dry. If your jewellery is not worn frequently, keep it stored in the provided pouch. Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products. We recommend avoid wearing your jewellery when showering and swimming to prolong it's longevity. Always remove your jewellery when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

We offer extremely high quality PVD coating across all pieces, however we advise taking some precaution.

Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolour your gold jewellery. Stay away from wearing your jewellery while swimming or in hot temperature water.

Yes! All pendants have a choose to come with a 3mm Rope Chain.

Our products are coated with real 18k-24k gold! We take the core, and dip it multiple times in 18k-24k gold to created a thick layer (>2.5 microns) until it’s perfect and totally sealed. If we use a solid 18k core then it’d set you back about £2500 - so what we’ve created is an affordable way to wear real 18k-24k gold.

Many of our products contain a very thin layer of nickel to increase shine and durability. Nickel can be found in many every day items such as - mobile phones, eyeglass frames, jewellery, and more. If you are allergic to nickel this may cause an allergic reaction. Avoid contact with nickel and call your doctor right away if you have any signs of a serious allergic reaction. Some signs are skin redness, rash, and blisters.
