RETURNS + EXCHANGES
HOW LONG IS YOUR CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD?
We've extended our returns period from our usual 14 days return policy for customers who have purchased gifts in the lead up to Christmas.
Purchases made online between 14th November 2023 and 1st January 2024 can be returned for exchange or store credit* up until 31st January 2024. Purchases made from 2nd January 2024 onwards will have 14 days to return. If you are looking for a return for a refund please ensure your order is returned within 14 days of the order being confirmed as delivered.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM-MADE PIECES?
At All Wear Jewellery, we take pride in crafting custom-made pieces with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of custom-made jewelry, we have a tailored return policy to ensure your satisfaction and the integrity of our craftsmanship.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to cherish your custom-made piece. Therefore, if you're not completely satisfied with your custom creation, we offer options to address your concerns.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for returns on custom-made pieces, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Defects or Errors: If your custom-made piece arrives with defects or errors in craftsmanship that deviate from your original specifications, we will gladly rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
Alterations: We understand that personal preferences may change. If you wish to make minor alterations to your custom piece within 14 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Experience team, led by Kayleigh, to discuss available options.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
It's important to note that custom-made pieces, by their very nature, are uniquely designed for you. As such, we cannot offer full refunds for custom creations. However, we are committed to working with you to find a solution that aligns with your expectations.
4. Store Credit
In the event that you decide to return your custom-made piece, we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis. This credit can be used towards future purchases from All Wear Jewellery.
5. Contact Us
To initiate a return or discuss alterations to your custom-made piece, please contact our dedicated Customer Experience team, led by Kayleigh. They will guide you through the process and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Requests for alterations or returns on custom-made pieces must be made within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Please ensure that your custom-made piece is returned in its original condition and packaging. Any alterations or damage beyond the original defect will impact our ability to accommodate your request.
8. Shipping and Restocking Fee
All shipping costs associated with returning custom-made pieces are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a restocking fee of £6 will be deducted from your store credit.
We appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of custom-made jewelry. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our craftsmanship, and we are here to assist you throughout the process.

WHAT IS ALL WEAR'S RETURN POLICY?
At All Wear Jewellery, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please use our online portal for all returns and exchanges. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item/s must be in their original packaging, unaltered, and in a re-sellable condition. Any returns after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund. We offer store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns made after the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary. If your order has been lost in transit, we won’t be able to process your return request without sufficient proof of postage. However, if you’re able to provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number for your return, we’ll honour your return with store credit. Misuse of our products includes but is not limited to: failure to follow care instructions (including cleaning and maintenance), damage from exposure to water, chemicals, or harsh environments, and unauthorised modifications or repairs. Products that have been misused according to these parameters are not eligible for a refund. Please note that any and all postage costs are non-refundable. Please also be aware that UK return parcels are now subject to an £6 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
If possible, try to obtain the order number and shipping postcode from the person you received the gift from and go through our Returns Portal.
DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
All Wear Jewellery has established itself as a trusted brand over the past five years, backed by more than 4,000 5-star reviews. Our dedication to quality is unwavering, which is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewellery.
Lifetime Warranty Details:
- If your product arrives damaged or manifests a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a one-time free replacement, valid for the lifetime of your purchase. This ensures you receive a product that matches our high standards.
- Beyond the initial 6 months, should any damage or breakage occur to your jewellery, we provide a generous offer: replace or redip your piece for just 50% of its full value. This nominal fee helps us uphold our benchmark of excellence.
However, please note the following conditions of our warranty:
- The warranty allows for only one replacement per product.
- Lost items are not covered.
- Jewellery handled by third-party jewellers is exempt from this warranty.
- Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible.
- International orders are currently not covered by our warranty due to shipping constraints.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will notify you by the contact method on file with all relevant shipping updates and tracking information once your order has been processed. This typically takes 24 hours, not including weekends or holidays. You can also track your order through our live chat bubble.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 4pm GMT on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 12pm GMT on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 3-5 business days for domestic shipments and 4-14 business days for international shipments to be delivered. *Note: We cannot guarantee delivery dates*

DOES ALL WEAR SELL SOLID GOLD JEWELLERY?
At All Wear, we understand that customers may have questions about our jewelry offerings. While we do not offer solid gold jewelry items, we are proud to provide a range of high-quality, stylish, and affordable pieces that are dipped in solid 14k gold. This process gives our jewelry the beautiful appearance of gold, while maintaining a more accessible price point for our customers. WHAT MAKES OUR CHAINS SO SPECIAL?
First, we work with only the highest quality, precious metal chain manufacturers in the UK. Our chains are designed and crafted with obsessive attention to detail and state-of-the-art precision by the best jewellery manufacturers in the world. ALL WEAR's process for gold-dipping contains an antioxidant coating to give our pieces their long lasting colour, shine, and durability. Second, while major brands in our industry markup their products 8-10x the actual cost, we chose to do things differently. To make luxury accessible, we've built relationships with the best manufacturers across the world and sell directly to you. Our jewellery is handcrafted with the same top materials and quality craftsmanship as other luxury jewellery brands, but without the traditional markups.
ARE ALL WEAR CHAINS MADE WITH REAL GOLD AND REAL SILVER?
Many of our chains are made with 14k gold and 925 sterling silver or solid steel. We also use other premium-quality materials in our designs to offer luxurious chains at every price point.
ARE THE GRAM WEIGHTS OF YOUR PRODUCTS EXACT, OR DO THEY VARY?
The gram weight of our products can vary slightly based on manufacturer methods, which is why we estimate our products' gram weights within a 5 gram +/- range.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOLD BONDED VS GOLD PLATED?
All ALL WEAR chains are produced using only the highest quality and most durable precious metals from solid gold to sterling silver. Our gold-dipped chains are crafted by coating a solid steel chain in real gold. This is a very expensive and meticulous process done in UK by expert jeweller's. Most competitors offer cheaply made gold-plated chains with a copper base and thin layer of gold painted over the copper.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ALL WEAR CHAIN?
Our pieces are made to last forever. So, wear often. Keep your piece in a ziplock bag or a ALL WEAR pouch to keep oxygen at bay. Pat dry with a cloth towel after getting wet.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE / LENGTH CHAIN IS BEST FOR ME?
We offer our chains in a range of lengths: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, & 26. By visiting any product page you will find a chain length size guide that shows these various lengths. Each chain is offered in limited sizes based on popularity and style. We also offer resizing on my of our chains in case this size you require does not show you can reach out to our support firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I GET MY CHAIN WET?
We only work with the highest quality and most durable materials. You may get your chain wet. Like all precious metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability you will want to keep away from harsh chemicals. We recommend you dry your products as soon as possible by using a cloth towel after getting wet.
WHAT SIZES DO YOUR PIECES COME IN?
Our pieces come in a variety of sizes to suit different preferences and styles. The sizes are usually listed in the product description for each individual item.
HOW DOES THE BUY 1 GET 1 FREE PROMOTION WORK?
To apply our 'BOGO' offer, simply add 2+ items to your cart, the cheaper one is free. This promotion is only valid to order placed between April 27th 10am - 1st May 11.59pm.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE BOGO PROMOTION?
Terms and Conditions for the "Buy One, Get One Free" (BOGO) Offer:
The BOGO offer is valid from April 27th, 2023, at 10:00 AM until May 1st, 2023, at 11:59 PM (the "Promotional Period"). Orders placed outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible for the offer.
To qualify for the BOGO offer, customers must add a minimum of two (2) eligible items to their cart. The item of equal or lesser value will be discounted to £0.00 upon checkout.
The BOGO offer applies to select items only, as indicated on the website. Items not marked as part of the BOGO offer will not be eligible for the promotion.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our standard return policy. If an item is returned, the complimentary item must also be returned, or the value of the complimentary item will be deducted from the refund amount.
