Refund policy

At All Wear Jewellery, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. 

Please use our online portal for all returns and exchanges.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item/s must be in their original packaging, unaltered, and in a re-sellable condition. Any returns after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund. However, If you return an item after this time, we’ll be happy to hook you up with store credit. 

Misuse of our products includes but is not limited to: failure to follow care instructions (including cleaning and maintenance), damage from exposure to water, chemicals, or harsh environments, and unauthorised modifications or repairs. Products that have been misused according to these parameters are not eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary. 

If your order has been lost in transit, we won’t be able to process your return request without sufficient proof of postage. However, if you’re able to provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number for your return, we’ll honour your return with store credit. 

Please note that any and all postage costs are non-refundable.

Please also be aware that UK return parcels are now subject to an £6 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
